Blood Omen 2
We're into the Nostalgia zone here. Last night I was sitting at my computer, watching some Buffy, when there was a crash from the desk next to me (I have a tendency to pile things up, so at some point game boxes crash down), and while picking the dropped game boxes up, I just noticed Blood Omen 2. This is generally how I get into the Nostalgia Zone. I thought ' I haven't played that in ages', and popped it in to have a quick go. And it grabbed me.

This game is the sequel to the old top down 'Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain'. You play Kain, a vampire, awoken to fight against the evil of the reborn Serafan Knights. But you don't have your full powers, you are weak, and must regain them.

It's lots of fun, and I enjoyed it when I first bought it, and am enjoying it again now. Once I finish it, it'll likely set me off on a whole series trip, so expect to see Blood Omen, Soul Reaver, and Soul Reaver 2 making an appearance in the Nostalgia Zone soon.
