I have had many experiences in my life, I look back on and am so glad to have been apart of.
Being a Hanson fan, has brought me my bestest friends, great memories, and great music.
However, I don't feel like I should have to be watching my back every second, dressing to others liking, and worrying about what shoes Im wearing, for another fan to make a whole post about. It's rather lame, and childish.

Of course everyone can bring out their inner child around Hanson, goof off, have fun, and be a little immature. But people need to learn where to draw the line. It was amusing to me how people ripped apart our other page, when there was no information on it to make fun of.
"Im reading it now *disgusted face*" Tell me what is their to be disgusted about? Can Hanson fans not say anything NICE about anyone? I have met a lot of great fans, and great friends, and I have lots of positive things to say about a lot of people. I know I sure wouldn't sit and post and post about how lame people are, or what the wear. I don't know anyone who can remember what shoes I wore 6-7 months ago, or if someone wears a jean jacket more then once. What a concept huh? Wearing a jacket more then once. Wow.. who would have thought! I do recall seeing Ike in the same leather jacket last October of 2003 Much Music, and oh wait, the same jacket in Europe. *Gasp*

First of all I would like to address the name issue.
My name is Ashlinka, and I stand by that. It's what my friends, teachers and family call me, except for a select few. I've been going by Ashlinka since I was in 9th grade. It's Czech/Polish. Not that it's really any of anyones business. But since you know, Hanson fans have come down to making fun of others names...
How dissrespectful can you get?
Did you know PINK isn't Pinks name? and Shania Twains real name is Ilene? So what if Angel is her stage name? Infact, how do you know it's not changed to be her name now? At work, she is even adressed as Angel.
Leave it at that.

The Bus trips.
Wow, what an amazing experience. The first one, was awesome! I met a great new friend named Amber, and spent a lot of time with her.(As well as seeing Hansony friends like Jeanie, Melissa, Lin, and Lora..) I was also there to support my best friend Angel working on some stuff for her music career.
It was a shame Angel and I didn't get to spend enough time together that trip, but she had her work to do.
Not everything was perfect, but I had a lot of fun, and I may have been oblivious to a lot of "crap" that went on, because I chose not to be apart of anything crazy.
We did NOT run around the streets of Cleveland looking for Hanson, we had no desire to even think of that idea. One night, a bunch of us went for a walk to the place where Hanson was going to perform, down by the water and just taking random pictures.

The second Bus trip.
Wow this WAS very last minute. There was/is also stuff going on that doesn't really concern anyone else. Meeting Erin for the first time, I had NOTHING against her whatsoever. And if she wants to believe lies and shit people have told her about me, or make up stuff, I can't really stop her. She told us, Hanson's family hated her, especially Jessica.
But I'm not going to talk crap about Erin, thats HER business. However, it is hurtful for her to say she was terrified, when she slept the whole time, and when she wasn't, she wasn't anywhere near us. She turned out to be totally rude. Not to mention, she kept saying how much fun she was having!
As for the hotel, TONS AND TONS of fans stay at the same hotel as Hanson. More people then you may think. We have stayed at that hotel before, and plan on it again, not because of Hanson but because it's fun, and ...uh well, we can.
Taylor spoke to us first, recognizing us. He asked US questions. I found it amusing that someone posted how I stood next to Isaac and I had no right? HA! I stood next to Isaac? Coool, I wasn't aware of that, but it's uh, nice..to know.
He asked us questions, and talked to us about Ezra, Toronto, music, etc. We were not asked to leave because we had a room there.
I have asked myself this question a few times now. How would anyone know we were at the hotel, unless THEY were there too? Maybe I thought about it too much, but it's true.
Girls were standing 5, 10 feet away taking pictures of Ezra and Natalie and Jessica. I've seen them on photobucket. Angel told them to STOP taking pictures, she did not tattle on anyone, but everyone knows how Hanson doesn't like family pictures. People ARE going to do it anyway, thats true, but it makes them no better then Angel, Kristen and I for talking to HANSON. We got NO pictures, autographs or ANYTHING of the sort that night.
On the crew bus, Billy told us to go out and see Taylor, as he was coming back in from his night out. There were a few girls getting autographs (not sure who, not that I care either) We didn't go, because we didn't want to bother him.
At the venue, Angel was able to go backstage. So good for her. Billy became friends with our driver, and they worked out (with Hanson's permission) to follow our bus since we were Canadian and knew the proper way there. Why didn't Hanson come off the bus? Well, it was late, they were what is called TIRED, and what people do when they are tired, SLEEP. Another concept beyond fans huh?
I know in Detroit, only ZAC came off, and there were lots of cars following the bus.
In Ottawa those same girls, who complained, also followed Hanson to their hotel. Fans DO do that. However, our driver went ON Hanson's bus and asked them to make sure it was ok we stayed at the same hotel.

Angel, Kristin and I, along with many other fans during the summer, became friends with Billy, Fern, Jimmi... Aaron, Pete.. It's not a huge deal. Many people have.
Jimmi offered Angel surfing lessons in Florida for the Pompano show, and said Angel and I could stay at his place. He was a great guy. Fern saved us setlists a few times, and gave us water. At the hotel he came up and was talking to me while I was on MSN in the hotel, and was bugging me about what I was doing.
It's just fun memories, with good people. We in NO way do think it makes us better, or cooler, and it doesn't make us bad/stalkerish fans either.

My "Friendship" with Zac.
June 2nd, was one of my favourite days of meeting Hanson. It was random, unplanned and fun. Zac was playing a gameboy and I simply sat beside him and started to joke around with him. I asked him to be my friend. SO WHAT? What do you want me to say? yes we hang out every week, call each other every night, and talk on msn, so you guys can call me delusional some more? (It seems to be a favourite word for hitzrus members).
It's nothing like THAT at all. Zac said we were offically starbucks buddies, and thats that.
We were there for a while, talking and joking. Heaven forbid we NOT freak out at them.
I have nothing more to say to that other then , congratulations on finding my hanson.net name, searching my signature/profile, SAVING the pictures, UPLOADING them, and POSTING them, Wow, you put a lot of time and effort into someone you don't like, However, thanks for showing my picture of Zac and I, with his warm smile, which I later got autographed, and to which he remembered that day. Thanks, im glad everyone got to see a beautiful picture!

I also find it highly entertaining for someone you dislike so much, you found her music and her stuff and took the time to listen to it and read about her. Well thanks for giving her exposure! If you don't like the music, thats fine. Shes not out to impress people like you anyway. Don't buy her CD then, it's pretty simple.
I think you guys just bash people because if its not us or someone else, it would be you.
Maybe you should get to know Angel, really hear her live, and listen to what she has to say, instead of getting shit from the grapevine, or basing it on a 2 minute appearence.
I nor Angel, stalk Hanson. Nor do they think we are creepy.
In my interview with Hanson, I mentioned my best friend, and Isaac said "Angel right?"
Zac said "Ash!" before I was even introduced. I asked Taylor about the stuff I heard he had "Said" about our bus, and he laughed. He said he thought nothing wrong with it, we even had a conversation about who's bus was better and why.
Isaac said not to belive what people say on Hanson.net all the time, because thats how rumours start. He said none of them were disgusted with the bus.
I don't think If Hanson hated me so much, I would get Reporter and a lot of the other great experiences I had this summer. I don't think Angel would get invited backstage either.

I shouldn't focus on the people who dislike Angel or I however. I have lots of friends who love me, and want to go on roadtrips with us, and whom I know I can trust. Basing opinions one Angel, Kristen, Amber or I, without meeting us, or knowing what went on, doesn't say much about your chacarcter really. Some people need to grow up. For instance, one of the girls posting on hiztrus asking if I had IMed anyone, told me to go suck Angels cock, and that she was allowed to be immature because she was only 14, but 2 minutes later said she was more mature then I was. Well, telling me to suck another females cock, doesn't exactly seem mature to me.
Thats what it has seemed to come down to with Hanson fans. Being catty, and being better.
Angel, Kristen and I only went to 7 shows in 2004.With a few Much Music Studios, and Radio. Meeting Ben Jelen, Micheal, Ingram, Hanson, John Mayer and a bunch of other people, in one summer, traveling with friends, seeing beautiful music, was amazing, and I will look back on the tour of 2004 with fondness and greatfulness.
I can honestly say, Angel or I don't regret anything we did. But we feel sorry, you think our lives are so damn interesting, a 20 page post was needed for you to display our faults, and tell lies.

Angel, you are my best friend and I love you deeply. Thanks for the great memories.
Kristen, you are also one of the coolest people I have ever met. Can't wait for more good times!
