We are located in beautiful Victoria, the Capital City of British Columbia, in Canada.
Roadrunner Driving School
is owned and operated
by Frederick Kung (龔國佯) since 1996. Fred has taught as a Government Certified Instructor for the past ten years.
We use an air-conditioned, automatic transmission, 1996 Toyota Corolla.
Our instructor speaks three languages:
粵話 Cantonese,
國語 Mandarin,
and ofcourse, English.
According to the
Motor Vehicle Act of British Columbia, Division 27.09 (1),
the driver training vehicle is properly maintained and insured under the regulations set forth by the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia.
We adhere to the Motor Vehicle Act of British Columbia and do not allow students to operate a substandard instruction car. Furthermore, no student is pressured or encouraged to undertake the road test before he is ready and willing to.

Book your road test
Our base rates are $60/hr. This is a full 60 minutes starting only after the instructor has picked you up and you are in the driver's seat! Travel time and drop off times are not deducted from the 60 and are counted as a bonus.
Discounts are available if purchasing 5 or more hours. We allow full flexibility in how your spend your block of hours. 10 X 1/2hr lessons, 5 X 1hr lessons, or any combination suitable to your schedule is no problem. We teach morning, afternoon and nights seven days a week.
