Select the PHP4 version you are using:

• RC-2      - mod_php4-RC2.zip
• 4.0.0       - mod_php4-4.0.0.zip
• 4.0.1 pl2 - mod_php4-4.0.1-pl2.zip
• 4.0.2       - mod_php4-4.0.2.zip

NOTE:

These bins are linked to apache 1.3.12 core
Still, should work with any 1.3 version
