All memberships extend from Februrary 1st through January 31st of the following year. We have currently have 25 members of the Community Chess Club of Rochester. The membership is $25 annually ($35 for all family members living in the same household) and covers the period from February 1st, 2009 thru January 31, 2010. When you join at $25 ($35 family rate), you get a free entry free for your first Wednesday night (you save $3). As a CCCR member, the entry fee is $3 each Wednesday evening that you come to play USCF-rated chess. CCCR membership is not pro-rated, but it is reduced after half of the membership year has passed. Beginning August 1st of each year, the club dues are lowered to $12 ($17 family rate) thru the renewal period the following February (but, there is no free game on the 1st night when you join for the discount rate). The CCCR membership fee never goes below $12 ($17 family rate): Feb-July Individual $25 / Family $35, Aug-Jan Individual $12 / Family $17). Non-members can play for $4 per evening.
