1. What I say goes. Which means, results are final, whining won't get you anywhere, and although I appreciate insight, and opinion, dont be a cock about it. Think about the fed as a whole, and not yourself.
2. No racism and whatnot. General rule everyone should follow. If you're gonna be descriminatory, we don't want you. No exceptions will be made... you insult people or make a bad environment, you're out.
3. Follow general roleplayign rules. Basically, just have your roleplays in by deadline. If this doesnt happen, and I'm not aware of your situation, then you'll start the three strike rule. Three times, you're gone, bud. As long as I'm contacted though, and you have good reason, it's cool.
