Repairs and Services
A house or office service call is $55.00. Our rates are $45.00 hour in our shop, minimum 1 hour or $55.00 hour on site repair, minimum 1 hours. For repairs outside of the Phoenix city limits our time starts from when we leave our home base until the time we leave your residence or business. We gladly give estimates over the phone or via email, and we will service any location far and wide. Our travel expense must be compensated. We are here and ready to serve your computer needs. Currently, hours of operation will be from 6:30pm-9pm Mon-Fri and 10am-5pm Sat-Sun, or depending on services required. Our hourly rate for networking is $65.00 plus any materials or parts. Currently we only provide networking for home service only. Network jobs are normally done by written contract with a reasonable estimate given before the job starts. Parts and travel expenses are paid up front. Labor is due upon job completion.
