Here are some of my favorite Scriptures:

John 3:16,17 "For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it.

John 8:10,11 "Then Jesus stood up again and said to her, 'Where are your accusers?  Didn't even one of them condemn you?' 'No, sir,' she said.  And Jesus said, 'Neither do I.  Go and sin no more.'"

Isaiah 43:1-4 "But now the Lord who created you, O Israel, says, Don't be afraid, for I have ransomed you; I have called you by name; you are mine.  When you go through deep waters and great trouble I will be with you.  When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown!  when you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up-the flames will not consume you.  For I am the Lord your God, Your Savior, the Holy One of Israel.  I gave Egypt and Ethiopia and Seba [to Cyrus] in exchange for your freedom, as your ransom.  Others died that you might live; I traded their lives for yours because you are precious to me and honored, and I love you."

Isaiah 65:24,25 "While they are still talking to me about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!  The wolf and lamb shall feed together, the lion shall eat straw as the ox does, and poisonous snakes shall strike no more!  I n those days nothing and no one shall be hurt or destroyed in all my Holy Mountain, says the Lord."

Proverbs 25:15 "Be patient and you will finally win, for a soft tongue can break hard bones."

Proverbs 19:14 "A father can give his sons homes and riches, but only the Lord can give them understanding wives.
