· Order will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after confirmation of your order and exclude Saturday & Sunday.

· Cancellation of Orders:  If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Please call us during the business hours.   If the order has already been shipped, it will then be subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

· Back Order:  We don't take back order.

· Shipping Charge: All customers have to pay for the shipping charge. Shipping charge varies according to destinations and weight. No refund of the shipping charge due to delay of the couriers (UPS, Canada Postal Service, Fedex etc.).

· Return Policy

       Text Box:  · If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the items in original condition with a copy of  the invoice within 15 DAYS.  Merchandise returned is subject to a 20% restocking charge.  · Any Monthly Sale Items returned must be returned by  the whole unit, not a portion of it.  · Sorry, we cannot accept any returns or exchange after 15 days or without an invoice. Please inspect and check the items that you ordered once you receive them. · There is no restocking charge for merchandise returned for exchange. · Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. · Please use  a traceable shipping method (FedEx, UPS or insured mail) to return your order. RMJ & Company is not responsible for any return order that we do not receive or if the returned order is damaged during shipping. · You don't need to get authorization from us to return an order.
