The late shift
At the moment I only have the four stories, but I firmly intend on expanding and making some more.  Right now they all take a somewhat humorous twist, so I hope that I can divulge into a more serious essay on the topic.  It really is very interesting, american food that is.  By conceding that we do not want the 'frills' of a meal is the ultimate realization of this a diet concerned only on speed and substance.  The death of a very human characteristic, the need for ambiguous characteristics which serve very minimal pragmatic value to us.  If our need to eat and enjoy eating wanes, does that have implications on our similar need for art?  Or is the truth that these aspects of humanity provide the 'humanness' in the animal that is Homo sapiens.  I hope to adress this, keep checking to see if I do, and also leave a message in my message box on the home page.
