I was raised with good wholesome midwestern values.  I hold a some what misplaced and maladjusted pride in the virtues of  chivalry, courtesy, and honor.  But at the root of my person is this area, central America.  I have lived  a fourth  of a life time here in the midwest; been educated, fed, loved, spit on, embraced, and  comforted; and  returned each of the  favors.  But the world awaits me, and my only wish  is to drift through it slowly and serenly.

I have become educated over the past few years.  It was not obvious to me at first.  I still find it difficult to notice changes in myself, to distinguish between the present and the past.  But we recall what we like, we control what memories we wish  to  hold dear, so my changes are always for the best.  But I must concede that  there is a downside to knowledge,  it makes everyday life harder and harder.

But to truly answer who I am, I don't know if I am qualified for the job.  I don't know if I want that job or its results.  You be the judge, you find out and tell me if the news is good.  But if you don't like what you see, keep it to yourself, I covet the veils over my eyes.
