| Astral Caf� Traveling Directions Greetings from the Mountains of KY to all fellow hardworking Health Arts and Science Folk. September 11,2003 At Judy Fox-Fair�s suggestion I will attempt to refresh you memory about how to travel to the Astral Caf�. Monday Sept 15th at 10:00 PM we will meet in the Manor room on Goddard Campus (can�t remember the name of the room) where the Closing Circle and the Shamanic Workshop took place. To get there you should breathe deeply a few times and consciously relax your body. Close your eyes and quiet the chatter in your mind. Roll your eyes toward the top of you head and slowly chant the word �Alpha� which will help you attain the alpha state of transcendental meditation. Relax and allow yourself to feel the freedom that state brings. Next, Visualize yourself going out your door and taking the same route you used to get to Goddard last time you were there. Travel to Goddard should not take long because in this state you are a magician. You can get there at the speed of light. You have freedom to soar, freedom to materialize anywhere you care to be. Plan to be there at 10:00 PM and join others and me for a toast to the first packet being done. Partake of the sweet fellowship of like minds coming together across the distance. Draw strength and courage from the collective good will of the participants. Astral Caf� will end in a group hug around 10:30. Come share the love. I look forward to feeling you there.
