Annual Camping (Annual Military Training)
Annual Military Camping introduces Puteras to guerrilla warfare. Puteras are exposed to war techniques and they follow all the routines army personnel would in the jungle. Set up tents, tactical center, parameter wire, ambush, sudden raids, war games, are among the challenging and adventurous activities Puteras do in the jungle. 

 
Saturday Military Training
Saturday is Military Day for RMC Puteras. Each Saturday, Puteras are divided into small groups and they are taught different military skills and knowledge by the specially selected instructors. RMC Military instructors are selected through an interview run by the Malaysian Armed Forces Selection Committee. Military training is combined with military science instruction to provide a solid military foundation for officership.

 
Mountain Climbing Expedition
Annual Expedition activities for Puteras in Form 4. Challenge to perform tasks that are beyond perceived physical, mental and emotional limits enhances Puteras' beliefs in their own capabilities. The Mountain Climbing Adventure involves Puteras in exciting experiences with uncertain outcomes, promotes the spirit of discovery and responsible risk taking, and serves as a catalyst in enhancing character development. Character development means developing capacities of mind, body and spirit to better understand one's responsibilities to self, others and community. Water Sports
Kayaking, whitewater rafting, rafting, and flying fox aim at building Puteras' self-confidence. Every RMC Putera will have to undergo the intensive training. Training is only done at the government - approved whitewater rafting spots in Malaysia. Puteras are exposed to rafting, kayaking, and whitewater rafting. Abseilling and 'flying fox'  activities develop Puteras' self-confidence and bravery. Water sports are parts of the physical education at RMC. Physical education will remain essential to physical, military, and intellectual development.

 
Outward Bound School
Each year, 30 Puteras are selected to undergo the training at Outward Bound School (OBS) in Lumut, Perak. The training aims at building self-confidence, management skills, leadership skills, and physical development.

 
Abselling - Repelling
Among the challenging Saturday military trainings. Puteras are exposed to the abselling-repelling training facility in the RMC complex (left) and other training sites in Malaysia (right: repelling at Telaga Tujuh Waterfall, Langkawi Island in 1997). 

 
Passing-out Parade
The Passing-Out Parade is an annual event to celebrate the graduating Senior Puteras. Defence Minister, Senior Army Officers (Army Generals), and parents are invited to attend the historical event. Marching and saluting - some of the basic military skills are taught to fresh Puteras during their first two weeks in the College.

 
Cycling
Cycling expedition, another annual activity emphasizing on developing Puteras both physically and mentally to help them to successfully complete the rigorous years in RMC. Aside from cycling, Puteras also visit other military camps and historical places. Puteras are expected to cycle for 200 - 500 kilometers. Tunas Samudera (sailing)
KLD TUNAS SAMUDERA, run by the Royal Malaysian Navy (Tentera Laut DiRaja Malaysia), is another annual activity for Form 4 Puteras. Puteras are taught to handle a sailboat (KLD Tunas Samudera), carry out regular sailor routine, and feel the life of an onboard sailor.  Sailing route is between the RMN Navy Base in Lumut, Perak and RMN Navy Base in Tanjung Gelang, Kuantan, Pahang. 

 
 
 
 
Annual Sports
An annual event to look for the talented Puteras to represent RMC in Inter-School Sports Competition (Athletics). Puteras from 8 companies compete to collect the most points for their companies to ensure they are the ones who won the Commandant Trophy and wear the Yellow Lanyard in the upcoming Passing-Out Parade.

 
Choral Speaking
An Inter-School Choral Speaking Competition. The fully air-conditioned Tun Templer Hall is the preferred place to hold such occasion. RMC Puteras are highly respected for their reputation in Choral Speaking Competition.

 
Debate
RMC has been active in Debating Competition, be it at Inter-School Debating Competition or Prime Minister Trophy (PPM) Debating Competition. RMC has been known to produce confident and capable debaters, who are constantly successful at competitions.
