The Crown
The Crown, star and crescent represent loyalty to the King (ruler) and Malaysia in accordance with Islamic teachings.

The Shield
The rounded shield symbolises the readiness to defend against threats that may emanate from whichever direction for the sake of maintaining sovereignty.

The Kris
Two pieces of keris unsheathed and crossed symbolises heroism and a readiness to act as it is traditionally expected that a keris unsheathed ought be permitted to complete its task.

The Torch
The lighted torch indicates that this College is an educational institution. It guides and illuminates the path for the nation's youths who will be facing the trials and tribulations of the future after having been bestowed with knowledge.

The Yellow Circle
The encircling yellow ring symbolises honour, purity and sincerity and acts as a bulwark towards all the education attained and sacrifices made while in this College. The yellow hue also reinforces loyalty towards DYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Yang Di Pertuan Agong and the Malay Rulers. It also emphasises that the College was regally honoured by being bestowed with the title Royal.

RMC Motto
"Berkhidmat Memimpin" means Serve To Lead. The young Malaysians trained by the institution will take place as Officers in the Malaysian Armed Forces, in the higher divisons of the public service and as leaders in the professional, commercial and industrial life of the country.
