Leopard Cat
| Leopard Cats are not very well known in Singapore, due to the fact that they are in hiding very often, and very few people have sighted them in any way. So far, there have only been 2 of such sightings, while the later one is a sad story. The Leopard Cat was trying to cross Mandai Road near Bukit Timah Expressway on 11th June 2001 where a lorry knocked it over, crushing its skull into pieces. It's body is intact however, and it is now being displayed as an exhibit in RMBR, bearing witness to the series of unfortunate incidents that have happened to animals during recent years. |
