Blue Coral Snake

This snake is one of the most well known in Singapore for its venom, which can prove fatal to any human.  A few decades ago, one death occurred in Commonwealth Road, where the victim was found lying in his bathtub without any injuries.  The only visible "weapon" around was a Blue Coral Snake found in the same bathroom.  Obviously the person had been bitten to death by the snake, but whether the snake was intentionally placed in the bathroom or whether it had crept into the house by its own could not be decided by anybody.  Both choices were actually equally feasible, as Commonwealth was where the most upstream part of the Singapore River was, and it could have been totally plausible if the snake did creep out of the river and into the drainage pipe, thus gaining entrance into the house.  Later this case was given an open verdict, and nobody knows the true cause of his death till now.
