We went through the mock. Can't get hold of grade boundaries yet - working on it. Avg. 64% is a bit poor. Get A grades please. We may sit a PHY1 paper (even if you have seen it before) on Friday to complete the set. We'll recap astro too before the end of the year.

I summarised thermal Physics. Then we did the remaining thermal questions from PHY2 Jan 04. I need this in from people to mark please. You also have an AQA A level paper which contains relevant questions on both thermal Physics and Mechanics. No lesson next Tuesday.

HW Next Friday will be a Mock PHY2 paper. This will give you a decent idea how you are coming on with revision.

PHY2 Jan '04 was attempted. All straightforward except for a question on strain gauges....... We'll look at summarising thermal Physics next time and carry on with the last PHY2 paper.

HW Those who failed to hand in June '03 PHY2 need to get it in pronto so I can mark it before next lesson.

I told the story of electronics in one lesson. In the other, we looked at electricity questions from PHY2 June '03.

HW Finish all these and I'll mark them after next lesson please.

And it was exam style questions indeed as we plundered the OCR website for their Forces and Motion exam questions. We'll give this a rest and move onto some electricity revision next time.....
