| DAVENPORT COUNCIL NO 5 This is y Official Notice that the Super Excellent Master Degree will be exemplified in the Portsmouth Masonic Temple on June 18, 2005 at 11:00 AM. Davenport Council is the Host Body for the event this year. They will open a Council of Select Masters promptly at 11:00, folowed bu the Opening Ceremony of the Super Excellent Master Degree. The Ritual of Ceremonial Section will be performed prior to lunch. A reservation will be required for that meal and sould be sent to Most Illustrious Companion Robert M. Argel no later then June 11th . Anything after that date can only be approved by him, so please plan accordingly. After lunch, the Grand Council of Cryptic Masons Degree Team will assume te chairs and perform the Dramatic Section in full form. Several Most Illustrious Past Grand Masters will be in the Cast. We welcome all candidates to come witness the degree. The candidate's requirement is the presentation of a Dues Dard from your Council or another Companions acknowledgment. Candidates registering in advance will receive a Certificate, Dues Card and Lapel Pin as proof of the day s accomplishment. If you have already received the degree, please come and support the cast. Anything worth doing is worth doing well. Anything worth doing well is definitely worth seeing. This degree has only been given in Evening Star Council on Colebrook in the past decade here in NH. This is for you Companions at the bottom half of the State, so take due notice thereof and govern yourselves accordingly. Also, bring proof of your SEM status if possible. Council Recorders, you are charged with presenting the information to the Companions and registering candidates with either Companion Argel or me one week prior to the event. Any walk in candidates will not be guaranteed a lapel pin if the supply runs out. Again, all meal reservations go to Companion Argel directly. Companions, I personally ask you for your support of this endeavor. We plan to continue the practice on an Annual basis in different locations over thime. | DeWitt Clinton Commandery will be leading St John's Lodge and the other Lodges of the First Masonic District to St John's Church on this Sunday as they celebrate their 250th anniversary of this event. They have a the Portland Commandery Band to lead them, and will assemble at the William Pitt Tavern at 9:00 AM for Coffee and Donuts. form the parade and march and march to Chruch. After the Church Sercice they will return back to the Tavern for the Brake out and assemble at the Portsmout Masonic Temple for a FREE Cook-Out BUT please inform Bro Sutherland if you plan to attend so that them can plan on enough food. The plan on making this Cook out an annual event. Plan on then short march with us and the cook-put after and make it a great family day.
