My core motiviation for entering the teaching profession is not to dictate facts but instead making learning fun, enjoyable, and meaningful. The collaboration of technology-rich classroom will overall increase student's self-motivation which over exceed the teacher's expectation in the classroom. Each learned skill becomes a bulding block within a building and with time students can become successful in the classroom. My teaching philosophy is that every child has; the ability to comprehend, the cability and ability to aspire to learn. A teacher's responsibility is to provide the association between the child's values of education and allow them to realize that education is a necessity in life. Each child is entitled to obtain a proficient education regardless of the child's backgroud atmosphere. |
