It is true that the world wide web is considered an integral part of our working life, that is why it is just an ordinary scenario seeing people accessing the web. My homepage is a reflection of three things rolled up into one: my personality, my visions in life and my love to humanity. This particular page will also feature activities of my kids, some amazing facts of life, words and thoughts to live by... and anything under the sun that would be of some interest to everyone. So, sit back and relax. Enjoy viewing my WEBPAGE!!!

GO FOR IT!

We live in an anxious age and fear is UNIVERSAL! Yes, doing something different is scary - but isn't even more scary to spend your whole life in a rut, stuck in the same place, and never moving on or trying anything different? Learn to see change as exciting opportunity to be seized with both hands - handle the change now and meet the challenge head on? Or look back in old age and regret all of those missed opportunities? Remember: it's not the things you do that you regret, it's the things that you didn't do.

I am always in a search on how to become happy all the time; I am not ashamed to admit that I once suffered from anxiety, nervousness and depression. I hope it won’t recur. After my operation, until now, as of this very moment I couldn’t use my right hand properly thanks for the computer because I could easily express my feelings. Actually, I am an ambidextrous now but my handwriting is not as good as before. But still I am very thankful to God because I am still alive!

I just want to share some things I learned; this might be helpful to everybody to combat stress and loneliness. I have read that certain substances are produced once you are happy. These substances contribute to your well being as a person. This would help you deal with people in a very nice way, remember, you are meeting different kinds of people daily- in your work, in the church, supermarket…everywhere.

Daily life can be made happier. It is a matter of choice. It is our attitude that makes us feel happy or unhappy. It is true, we encounter all kinds of situations during the day, and some of them may not be conducive to happiness. We can choose to keep thinking about the unhappy events, and we can choose to refuse to think about them, and instead, relish the happy moments. All of us constantly go through various situations and circumstances, but we do not have to let them influence our reactions and feelings.

If we let outer events influence our moods, we become their slaves. We lose our freedom. We let our happiness be determined by outer forces. On the other hand, we can free ourselves from outer influences. We can choose to be happy, and we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives.

What is happiness? It is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. It is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thoughts, and this usually happens, when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value. It seems to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from the inside, triggered by outer events.

For most people happiness seems fleeting like what I felt before, because they let changing outer circumstances affect it. One of the best ways to keep it is by gaining inner peace through daily meditation. Prayers do really count. As the mind becomes more peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the happiness habit. IN PERFUMERY BUSINESS

My son, Ardee is turning 22 years old this year! (when was the last time I wrote about him). He has few units left for his Tourism course at PWU. After Mapua and Letran (where he took unfinished engineering courses-both civil and mechanical), here comes the Philippine Women's University (PWU), actually the name doesn't denote its exclusiveness. PWU is a co-ed institution now, where young men and women (including the not so young people) could attend their collegiate schooling. My son will about to finish his course in the next 1 and a half years!

He is into perfumery business at the moment, in case you need his services you may text him through his cellphone number- 09273028271 or you may visit www.importedperfumes.bravehost.com

SHE SAYS...I LOVE BOHOL!

How about my daughter? Well, she's now in her third year as an AB Communication Arts student in Colegio de San Juan de Letran (Calamba, Laguna Branch). She has just finished visiting Bohol (famous for the Chocolate Hills and Loboc River) and Mindoro as part of her chairmanship in one club which is based in our town- Los Banos, Laguna (lucky you, anak...I have not been there in those places).

Like any other first timer, being in an airplane is indeed a no joke. She really felt nervous when the plane is about to take off...anyway, it was a very good experience! See more pictures at her friendster account...nin's profile at friendster.com

    BEWARE OF A(H1N1) VIRUS!

Do you know that the Philippines is famous again!? How? Why? Yes, it is true...because among the Southeast Asian countries, the Philippines has the most number of cases of A(H1N1) virus infection. What is really this virus all about? How can we prevent them? I did some researches to inform everybody especially my children and their friends about this well publicized and sensationalized (...and perhaps frightening) issue! Please download this file(.doc). This is very informative...everyone should know...
