| FAQs Q: What is Rather Lather Hygiene Clean? A: Rather Lather is an organization helping people in need. We help others in need by donating toiletries (for information on what kinds look at the next question.) Q:What do people donate? A: People donate toiletries to RLHC such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, bath gel, toothpaste and more. People also donate hair brushes, combs, and toothbrushes to go with shampoo and toothpaste. You may also make financial donations. The money will go towards toiletries. Q: Where can I get toiletries for a product donation? A: Toiletries can be found around the house or at hotels when going on a vacation. When you go on a vacation, please collect toiletries from the hotels. Please do not give us toiletries that have already been opened and used. Please don't donate brushes and combs that have been already used either. Q: Who profits my donation? A: After the toiletries are dropped off at Rather Lather Hygiene Clean, they are given to children at Garfield Park Academy, a school for intellectually and emotionally challenged children. The children live in homes with low income families. Some homes don't even have running water!Donna Stillman works thier as a nurse and gives the children toiletries whenever she can. The toiletries people have donated will be given to Donna. Once given to Donna, Donna will give the toiletries to the children. How can I get involved? A: There are many ways to get involved, but two of the most common are sending us a donation and volunteering. For more information on sending a donation, go to "index". For more information on volunteering, go to "progresso". |
