| Chef Randy began cooking with his grandmother before he was out of diapers. He is a certified Gourmet Cook and Caterer, and has also completed a certificate in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Chef Randy also has formal training in Cake Decorating through Wilton. He is Serv/Safe certified until 2010. Chefs passion for cooking and desire to help others is what has brought him to this career choice. Chef Randy has 9 years of experience in all areas of Food Service, including Quick Service, Casual Dining, Cafeteria Style, and Gourmet Catering. All though versed in all areas of food preparation, Chef considers his strength is Home Style Southern Cooking and Comfort Foods. |
