Castle Blood
In castle blood senario: Type, random civs, version 5-1.
Say if its 1v1, and u have a crappy civ against a good civ, you have no choice but to block both sides of the castle to prevent them from running behind the castles to where u cant get to them.
After you have done that, garrison all your castles full. Keep your pop at 200, or try, this will prevent the other player from killing you badly. Keep your men as close to the castles as possible.
When and if the game lasts till the other player gets imperial, the number one thing people do wrong is letting them block the path, so u cant get to there trebs. So in turn, dont let it happen.
And by some magical once of luck, he gets villi, and backs off a bit, rush him once he gets outside, the other player seems to get disracted easily by building outside.
This tactic might give you the amount of kills to get to imperial yourself. Say everything has gone ok, and u are imperial, a good thing to do, is, make about 50 to 75 trebs. Put them at the ends of your base, and make them auto-fire on the entrance, (this will not hurt your men) keep the rest of your men infront to prevent them from getting to your trebs.
Say you make it to villi, what now? Build a tc, as far away from the entrance and as close to a castle as possible, this ensures a safe exit for the villi to garrison into the castle if being attacked. Then build stables, and seige workshops. make as much pals, and ongars or bombard cannons as you can. The rest is up to you, but u might want to flush him out quick. It always works best like that! Hope this helps.
