It's an ONLINE picture editor.  It lets you edit pictures withought downloading/installing any software what so ever.
Witch is great because I have lost of spare time at work and like to edit my web page.  TRY IT,  IT'S THE BEST!

This page is a shareware/freeware internet software site.  It's probably the best one out there.
