My mother was raised in Duquesne, PA and moved to Illinois in 1963.
She met my father and married him in December of 1968.
When I was little my mom did work at Western Electric near Chicago,
but quit to stay home and raise my sister and me. When we got older
she worked close to home.
What kind of Mom is she?
She's very kind. Everyone loves her and she has many adopted children.
Folks just become part of her family. She's a huge animal lover and
has many pets. She has several cats and dogs.
My Mom is a lover of hockey. We have a local professional hockey
team that belongs to the Western Professional Hockey League and she rarely
misses a game. Go T-REX! LOL
