Those Parents of Mine
My parents, Ed and Helen Smith, are now residing in Citrus Springs, Florida. Dad is working for the Rainbow Rivers Club and frequently travels to Georgia to oversee operations at the Georgia resort in addition to his duties at the Florida resort. Mom is still the computer fanatic that she has been for the past several years. And to think that I had to help her at one time figure out how to get her printer to work simply by having her plug it into the outlet... (Mom, You know I just had to say that!!!!!) All kidding aside, they are both the greatest!
As you can probably guess, they are extremely proud grandparents, affectionately known as Nanny and Poppy. They seem to think their grandson, Alex is spoiled. But then, Alex does know how to work his Nanny!!! ( Mom, I couldn't resist)
On April 3, 2001, good ol' Nanny and Poppy became grandparents for the second time with the birth of their granddaughter, Haley Michelle Short.
