or 4- foot rattler
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper
1 cup flour
fat for deep frying
Cut
and cleaned, skinned snake into 1- or 2 inch lengths.
Combine egg and milk. Salt and pepper the sections. Place flour
in a kids lunch sack. Shake snake in flour. Now place the snake
in egg
and milk mixture. then again in flour. Let stand to set the
batter
while your heating the oil to 375*. Deep fry till golden brown.
