| (Lt) Rich and the Belgium Army inside the Salvation Army warehouse. They had made a delivery of food and clothes and all pitched in to sort and distribute. (Rt) Here is a typical example of a bombed/burned stone house and children who's parents had been eliminated. (Lt & Rt) These houses needed roofs to allow families to live together against the weather. The men had all been eliminated. We all pitched in to build the roofs for these and many more remaining houses. We were blessed as much as the families. (Lt) This is a typical room with plastic walls and blanket floors where survivors lived until the homes could be rebuilt . (Rt) These are homeless children who's parents were eliminated. (Lt) Here is our host family, Oti, Bina, and Mamma, Vlora and two children. We still consider them our family. It was a great experience living with them. (Rt) This is our "church" made of a hospital tent. |
