I have known him for approximately one year and it is with great pleasure that I recommend Richard Wood. Rich was transferred to the Learning Training and Development (LTD) team on a one-year temporary assignment.
During Mr. Wood's brief time with our group, he has always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition. He has repeatedly demonstrated exceptional ability in critical thinking and objective problem solving. During his assignment with us, he completed his master degree and readily applied his Lean + and project management knowledge, skills, and abilities to improving our work processes and products.
What especially impressed me about his performance on the job was his ability to integrate a high level of ethics into time-critical business processes (an endeavor not easily accomplished). I would classify Rich as a "leadership by example" personality who is readily willing to take accountability for his decisions.
