Hugh Stewart Last Will and Testament

In the name of God Amen. To whom it may concern, Greeting. This is to certify that I Hugh Stewart of the County of Boone and state of Kentucky finding myself upon the decline of age and weak of body but sound in mind and finding my self mortal. I do make this my last will and testament in form and manner as followeth viz. And first I do commend my soul to God who gave it me. My body I commit to the Earth, as it may please God to order it; and first I order all my lawful debts to be paid and burial charges and the remainder of my estate I leave as followeth. And in the first place unto my best beloved wife Susanna, I heir, I leave a decent support during her natural lifetime, I heir, I leave unto my beloved children Kitty, Samuel, and Robert, the remainder of my estate real and personal excepting to Susan W. Stewart I leave ten dollars when she becomes of age. And I do leave my trusty sons Samuel, and Robert executors of this my last will and testament, as (?????) my hand this 9th day of December 1882.
