The New Stock Market Crash
Why do you think the Stock Market Bubble burst in 2000? Rising interest rates? Inflation? Deflation? Excessive speculation?
None of the above. It happened because two young guys found a way to predict exact market movements. Realizing that they have to keep it secret to fully benefit from their discovery, they sold the data to a brokerage firm, though it took them a while to convince the world they'd been able to foretell the future.
The brokers traded off the precise numbers ripping tremendous profits. It didn't go unnoticed. Other brokerage firms imitated their trading style, and the Bubble was created.
Alerted by the firm's suspicious success, certain government agencies began investigating their trading practices. The investigations led them to the two friends who tried to fend off these attempts on their secret, but that made matters worse. Finally, fearing the consequences, they disappeared.
Deprived of their accurate guidance, the Stock Market fell.

That's how it really happened. If you want to know the details,
