| Rural Flamborough Township recently joined the newly expanded City of Hamilton. There are two rustic Conservation areas in Flamborough that are off limits to Detector hobbyists until after Labour Day weekend of each year. One is Christie Conservation Area along Highway #5 and the second site is Valens Conservation Area. If you go detecting in either site after the summer seaon, remember to obtain a permit from the Hamilton Region Conservation Authority before you search. |
