Instruction
To insure proper embossing of your album, please follow these instructions.
1. Print out the order form. You need to have one form for each cover or spine you want embossed.
2. Remove the album cover(s) and/or spine(s) to be embossed. Use one form for each album, unless you are ordering the same "writing" on each.
3. Print your instructions clearly.
4. Attach the order form to the cover or spine using a rubber band. (Remember that if you are sending two items to be embossed then we need two order forms)
5. Check to make sure all information is correct.
6. Enclose check or money order payable to R.J. Making Memories.
