| In short, life in South Korea is fantastic. Among the things I love most are the food, chopsticks, the cost of living, life with little responsibility, the warm-hearted and honest nature of the Korean people, the convenience of everything, the amazing experiences I've had, and the friends I've made. From the badmitton and the outdoor diners in the streets, to the sounds drifting through the air from the plentiful kareoke rooms and Taekwondo hogwans,, it's clear on a daily basis that Koreans love life and are able to show others how to enjoy it too. It's an extremely interesting place to live. Learning English is a natural obsession and I'm here teaching small children what comes naturally to me. Not too difficult, in theory. Though it has its frustrations, I love my job and couldn't be happier with my decision to come and experience the Asian life first hand. |
