1. Shape changed to must be of same amount of mass (If your going to turn someone into a frog it’s going to be a big one)

Targets must remain in the same elemental state (i.e.; liquids become other liquids, solids become other solids). This goes as far as the elemental nature of a creature that is the target of the spell (you can not turn a fish, a water creature, into a bird, a water creature). Remember, Magi, the four (well five) basic elements of the cosmos.
