Ice Moon of Meltaar

Once Meltaar was discoverd to be uninhabitable, The Community began focusing on the 2nd moon.  Colonization was successful with fifty-two stations situated on outcroppings.  Although below freezing for most of the year, the moon contains an active microscopic animal life in its oceans.  The planet is slated to have a Sea Processor installed to convert abundant food supply for long-term cargo suppliments.
