| Salmon Patties (Thank you Gloria) |

| Ingredients: |
|
1 can salmon, drained 2 eggs 2 Tbsp. mayo or miracle whip Finely chopped onions Finely chopped celery 15 - 20 finely crushed ritz crackers (till the salmon can stay together to make a patty) Melt 2 Tbsp. butter |

| Instructions: |
|
Mix all ingredients together well and form into patties. Bake at 350* until golden to your taste.
Bakes nicely on parchment paper. DO spray pan or glass dish.
Makes approximately 4 patties to 1 can of salmon. |
