Pasta  Salad
(Thank you, Mom)
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. rotini or rotelle
1 green pepper, 1 small onion, 2 tomatoes
1 8oz. bottle plain Italian dressing
1 jar McCormick's salad supreme
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook pasta and rinse with cold water.  Chop vegetables (not too fine) and add to pasta.  Add dressing and salad supreme.  Toss to coat well.  Chill and serve.
VARIATIONS:
Can add cheese cubes, pepperoni or cheese pepperoni.
Macaroni Salad
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. package elbow macaroni
1 C. mayo
1 T. vinegar
1 T. mustard
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 T. celery seed
1 C. diced celery
1/2 C. diced onion
10 oz. frozen peas
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook macaroni, drain and rinse with cold water.  Thaw peas and drain.  Combine all ingredients and put in an airtight container.  Chill thoroughly.
