Coconut Dessert

INGREDIENTS:
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter or oleo, melted
1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 C. milk
2 small packages instant coconut pudding
Cool whip
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix and pat crackers and butter in bottom of pan.
In a bowl, mix ice cream, mild and pudding together.  Put on top of cracker mixture.  Top with cool whip.
Keep in freezer.  Get out a little before serving.

**This can be made with any flavor instant pudding.**
