Richard Bauman Freelance Writer, Author, Writing Consultant
Richard Bauman is a freelance writer, author, and writing consultant.  His articles have appeared in more than 300 different publications, worldwide.  He writes about spirituality, travel, history, self-improvement and general interest topics.  His article have appeared in such publications as The Elks Magazine, Modern Maturity (now AARP), Lutheran Digest,, American Way, Cricket, Rotarian, Military Officer, Giudeposts, Positive Thinking, Catholic Digest, Toastmaster and Vibrant Life--to name just a few.

Richard is the author of
Awe-Full Moments: Spirituality in the Commonplace, a book about blessings, change and hope, and seeing God work in our lives through everyday events.  He is also the author of the calendar Legal Lunacies, which is a humorous day-to-day look at the legal system, including bizarre lawsuits, odd laws and incompentent criminals.

Richard is a  Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of California.  He is experienced in writing technical manuals, reports and proposals.  He has also edited theses and dissertations for graduate students. He is a graduate of Excelsior College.

Richard resides in West Covina, Calif., with his wife, Donna.  They have two grown children, Christopher and Stephanie, and four energetic grandsons.
