Sumihisa Arima

Sumihisa Arima born in 1965, in Hamamatsu city, japan. In 1992 Arima started a computer performance group "rec*rep" with Akitsugu Maebayashi and Satoru Wono. In 1994 Arima started the noise group "Autrement qu'etere" together with Tetsuo Furudate and Pneuma. In 1996 Autrement qu'etere relased a first self titeled CD. In 1999 Arima released the solo CD "Archipelago" and the sound material CD "Signal Processor". Autrement qu'etere also relased their second CD " Autrement qu'etere II" in 1999. I had the oportunity to meet Sumihisa Arima when he wisited Sweden the autumn 2000, and was preforming at the J-way event. I also had the privilidge to preform with him, Tetsuo Furudate and Dror Feiler.
