SKILLET COFFEE CAKE
2 c LIGHT brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
4 T butter or margerine
1 Large can sliced peaches (drained)
Marshino Cherries halves
Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix (mixed per box directions + 1 t lemon
extract)
Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly. Pat this mixture
into bottom of a large skillet.
Arrange peach slices and cherries on top of sugar mixture. pour
cake mix on top of
the sugar/fruit mix. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until it sticks
done.
When cake comes out of oven, poke holes in cake with a chop stick then
flip
immediately onto plate.
