VIP cards sell for $10/each and school makes $4. Buy 2 cards for $20, get 1 free. Company will separate children’s orders and do 90% of work. Can customize prizes for kids. Also have cookie dough in nine flavors ranging in price from $13-$15 at 40-60% profit.

* Thanks for Fun Fair. Discussed possibility of Family Fun Night’s impacts on low attendance at Fun Fair. Low attendance at Fun Fair may have been weather-related.

* Tops & Tabs for Nature Center Earth Day celebration Friday, April 27. Environmentalist to present to children. Class that bring in most tops/tabs will get trip to Schiltz Audubon. Would like PTA to pay $66.66 got bus. Need PTA to help out at event.
* Motion to move $66.66 from General Fund to pay for field trip bus by Jerry Noltner. Seconded by Julie Majerus.
* Would like to restore/renovate Riverside’s Nature Center

Committee Reports
* Thanks to Book Fair volunteers. Total sales $4,860.42. Gave out $451 to teachers. Gave school library approximately $2,500. Discussed putting more money towards classroom libraries instead of just school library.
* Tubing: TBD – possibly March 3 – cost is $12/person – must be 42” tall. Buses $135/each
* Movie Night: TBD – no longer putting film on reels, must play on DVDs. Will try to get a movie close to its release date and purchase for school.
* Sam’s Club: $35 business membership
* Fun Fair: Went well. Lower attendance than previous years. Kid raffle popular. Not as many cakes this year. Consider having on a Sunday next year.
* Variety Show: TBD – Jessica Koepp needs binder
