President’s Report * Thank you for Movie Night * Thank you to Dawn Noltner for PTA Directory * Mini Grant Committee met last week and began process – deadline 11/15. Right now looking at $2,800. Budget is $1,500. More involvement than usual. * Thanks for voting for the school referendum * No meeting in December. Next meeting January 9. * Looking into Sam’s Club Membership - Jerry Noltner Treasurer’s Report No report 1st Vice President’s Report * Membership went up 20, including 2 staff members * Membership total 201 – goal is 233 2nd Vice Presidents Report Greg Schmeling will play Santa at Santa Breakfast 3rd Vice Presidents Report * Conference Dinner 11/30. Need volunteers for food and to help out at event. * Bake Sale December 7 - need volunteers to set up and price. Will sell after both concerts. Check to see if Room 102 is available. Teacher Representative * 3 for Me Binder – parent volunteer log * Thanks for the monetary contribution for the Barbara Joosse dinner * Field Trip – authentic learning was inspirational. The money helped kids and families. Committee Reports * Fall Dance very well attended. Glow sticks were successful and sold out in ˝ hour * Movie Night – 116 kids at Cars. Went well and children were well-behaved. No refund for movie breakdown. * Santa Breakfast needs another organizer * Fun Fair Feburary 3 – get letter out for donations earlier. Working on new letterhead. Need new people to shadow. * Book Fair February 3 PTA Web Page * Tim Danielewski taking over PTA Web page.
