July 23rd
Yesterday I went to the mall with Mol. I got some shorts, she got a shirt thingy. Nothing special happened, we loaded up on candy at the dollar store and got an app there also. Is it uncool to work at the Dollar Tree in the mall? I think not. It's all just cash in my pocket baby! Especially since my bday is in 6 days. I gotta pay for insurance and gas sumhow... Then we went to Kohls. You have to b 18 to work there though, thats uncool. Then Molly broke the wedding registry computer cuz we needed to find the baby shower resistry stuff, and I dunno...The screen turned blue and went wacko. We ran out of the store promptly there afterwards.We laughed at this guy who couldn't park. He said it wasn't right to laugh at him when he got out of the truck, but we stood there and laughed nonetheless. Then we went to Hollywood Video to get apps, but u have to be 17. What kind of age is 17? Hmm. Then I almost got in the wrong car- seriously, my hand was on the handle. So that was a 6 out of 10 funny. Today, I had to get a new permit cuz I lost my other one...ok, my other two. The lady thought I was there for my license and she wanted to take my picture. Or maybe she just thought I was famous. Or, as gram suggests, she wanted to post my pic up to say "Don't be like this cracker and lose your permit! At least not more that once, as this loser did!" I am listening to Avril Lavinge now. I like her, her cd is really good which I think is unusual for these new bands, usually the only good song they have is the one single song u hear on the radio. U should get her cd. I like "I'm With You" almost as much as "Complicated." Anyway... 6 DAYS TILL A NATIONAL HOLIDAY- DO U KNOW WHICH ONE IT IS?
JULY 28th
2day is my step dads bday. 2morrow is my bday. Needless 2 say I am going to be stuffed full of cake. Mmmm, cake. My stomach hurts already. Spent the nite at my sis's house last nite. That was fun, fun, fun. I ate at Famous Daves 2day. I ate there once in Des Moines. Good stuff, maynard. Since tomorrow is my bday, after the zoo program Mol is takin me to the mall to pick out my present, then we's goin to Happy Joes. I love their BBQ pizza, it is the best. I hope they sing happy bday to me with the horn and siren and all. I will get a free sundae. Reminds me of Renee when I had them sing to her on her 17th bday. Boy was she embarrassed! But it was ok cuz she got a free sundae and let me have the cherry. What a good friend. As I recall, that was the same nite I went around asking if I could take a test of everyones Dairy Queen. I must've tested 20 peoples Ice cream... the Chocolate Explosion or whatever won, hands down. And I didn't even get cooties! The girl was so nice, she let me have the rest of hers. A true trooper there. |
