1969
In 1969 Cadbury joined forces with Schweppes to become the Cadbury Schweppes identity.
1980's
Cadbury Schweppes acquires the Red Tulip company and adds
onto its range of products including Easter goods and After Dinner
Mints.
1995
Cadbury establishes a factory in Beijing and expands their range over to Japan.
Also in 1995 the now popular Time Out was launched, it was the first ever chocolate bar to reach the top ten in its first year on the market.
1997
Within weeks of the launch Yowies are the most popular chocolate, although it took 3 years and around 10million dollars investment to bring Yowies to life. Yowies combine a chocolate treat with environmental awareness.
1998
In 1998 Cadbury brings out "Favourites". The idea of favourites was to bring people their favourite chocolates in bite size pieces.
