Doors
We build a quite a few doors. Entry doors, closet doors, French doors, Dutch doors, etc. All are built the old fashioned way, with mortise and tenon construction, a rarity these days. We glue the joints with high quality marine epoxy. Exterior doors have a 1/4 inch marine plywood panel between the inside panels and the outside panels so there is no chance of cracking through, or of having air leaks. We have built doors of Mahogany, Vertical grain Douglas Fir, Cherry, & Poplar. We can build them any size, shape, or style, and can match any molding patterns.

SUNROOM BEFORE
SUNROOM AFTER NEW FRENCH DOORS
Here is a little project where we changed an enclosed porch into an elegant sunroom, complete with solid Douglas Fir French doors to match the existing on this beautiful old home. We also had the interior plastered, to match the rest of the home, supplied and installed new exterior and interior trim and columns, and had heated paver tiles installed for the floor. There are a total of 12 new 8' tall doors, although only six of them open.

This is a Dutch door built for a new log home in New Jersey. The door was built to be painted, but once it arrived, the homeowners decided it looked so good that they coated it with a clear finish.
