The Paramount Theatre is to the left when looking out my window and the Space Needle is to the far right--not that much to see in the middle though, just a big parking lot in front and then some hotels in the distance: the Camlin, Roosevelt, Westin, Vance Hotel, and the Sheraton. The Paramount is Seattle's most famous theatre (I haven't been yet) and is also a historical landmark. Don't really need to say anything much about Seattle's Space Needle...it's pretty much the symbol of this city that everyone recognizes.
