Ritualfest 2008 Rules & Guidelines
1. I assume all responsibility for my conduct related to Ritualfest 2008 and Oak Hollow Sanctuary
2. I acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or older. I understand that no one under the age of 18 will be allowed to attend Ritualfest 2008 unless they have the full consent of the festival directors.
3. I will not hold the members and/or staff of Ritualfest nor Oak Hollow Sanctuary liable for any personal injury or loss occurring to me as a result of my participation in or in connection with Ritualfest 2008 under any circumstances.
4. I understand and will comply with the rules and guidelines below set by Ritual Fest 2008 and Oak Hollow Sanctuary:
a. No weapons, illegal drugs, or illegal activity allowed on property at any time.
b. No alcohol, unless it is a part of ritual. No drunkeness under any circumstances will be tolerated.
c. Physical violence or harm to anyone or anything will not be tolerated.
d. No skyclad or nudity
e.. Founders of Oak Hollow Sanctuary and Ritual Fest are not responsible for lost, stolen, or any damage done to personal items brought by me to Ritualfest 2008.
5. I take full responsibility for my safety and well being while in attendence of Ritualfest 2008. I agree not to sue and/or press any actions or claims against Ritualfest or Oak Hollow Sanctuary for any injury, loss, or illness occurring to me resulting from accident, negligence or my participation in any and/or all activities sponsered by or related to Ritualfest.
6. I have read & understand these rules & guidelines and agree to comply fully with Ritualfest 2008 and Oak Hollow Sanctuary. I understand that if I do not follow the above rules & guidelines it could result in my being banned from any future Ritualfest and/or Oak Hollow Sanctuary gatherings.
