It's done.

The trach and g-tube are in, and Lauren did very well.  Rita and I are both proud of her.  This signifies a big step towards getting her home.

Forgive me, but this is going to be very short.  It's been an emotional day, and quite frankly, I'm wiped!  But again, all went well and I will give more details when I'm refreshed.
